Noah’s ark and the dinosaurs

I would like to know who did the cartoon of the dinosaurs and Noah’s ark.
I am writing a book on emergency prepareness with a reference to noah’s ark, and I would like to get permission to include the cartoon in my book.
who do I contact about this?

Did you ever find the owner of the dinosaurs and Noah’s ark cartoon? I to would like to try and get permission to use the cartoon.
