In light of the recent large volume of media reports relating to the wearing and/or banning of the Burqa, in both Middle Eastern and European countries (and in particular (but not only), in France), I wanted to make one thing clear:
Burqas are not banned on Tell es-Safi/Gath.

As to the Abaya, we still have not formulated an official policy about this…
