Louise Hitchcock (and other Melbourne team members) talk about Safi

Today, Louise Hitchcock gave a talk at the University of Melbourne on the excavations at Tell es-Safi/Gath and in particular, on the work of the Melbourne team. After she gave an extended talk, Brent Davis and Sharon Staub, who supervised squares within the Melbourne area briefly presented the finds from the portions that they excavated.
Here is a link to the talk. Due to some malfunction, you have to move ahead to about 5 minutes to actually get to the lecture.
Very nice!

Check it out!!

BTW – somewhere in the middle you will be able to see a picture of me hugging a large, yellow, inflatable kangaroo – not something one sees every day!
:-)
